February 26 hello hello i hope everyone is doing great,all i can say is keep on trying no matter how hard it gets.the pay off is well worth it.just ask god for the strenghth he we help u through also take jullian and bobs advice.as well as isaiah he is a great coach.he took lessons for watching bob,n,jullian.and let me tell u he is very convensing,anyways until later keep up the hard work .Tina and nichole February 23 checking inhello everyone how are all of you doing today? i am doing good and so is my mom as far as i know she is working a late shift at work tonight so she wont be home intil i am in bed fast asleep with my lil one. my mom has been doing excellent on the diet me on the other hand i am not eating enough. i use to think that if you didnt eat enough you were ok it was just eating to much that made you gain weight boys and girls was i wrong i have gained 2lbs since i havent been eating my calorie intake that i am suppose to eat everyday. my mom is looking hot and i was starting to look hot but i got sick n i have no interest in eating.but i am starting to feel alot better so soon i will be back on track and losing lots of weight again. YAY. jillian and bob inspireration is doing great if it wasnt for them i dont think me or my mom would work out as much as we do. thanks goes to jillian and bob. have a great day. thanks from tina and nichole February 19 hello checking inhello everyone how are all of you doing? we are doing good. my mom has been doing great with watching her caloires and working out me on the other hand i havent been eating enough calories cause i havent had much of an appitate and i havent been working out much cause i have been sick with brocitis i know i know jillian n bob that is no excuse for me to slack i just cant get in the mood or to feeling well enough to do it. hopefully i will be able to work out really soon. all though i have NOT gained any pounds since i have been sick. well biggest losers is on gotta run and watch it thanks jillian and bob a million. February 14 checkin inhello everyone how did your guys v-day go. i hope good mine was good no candy at all today. I have been really watching my calorie in take making sure i dont go over and i also dont want to go under sometimes its had to not go under though sometimes i just dont feel hungry, my mom is doing good too. we both work at it together ever if we dont eat together we still talk about what we have eaten for the day. dont know for sure how much we have lost but i am starting to look good and so is my mom. work out yes every night fun sometimes other times my mom has to push me to it or i have to push her to it just cause of the way it is. tired from work just want to go home and sleep but then yeah not gonna happen my lil one keeps me up so then he has me and my mom have fun with him. he is the best lil trainer anyone could ask for. thanks for your time hope you have a great v-day. February 05 worked out hardmy mom and i work out every night but tonight we put alot of effort into it with the insipreration of the biggest losers. we worked out the whole time biggest losers was on. well the first hour that is. we worked hard and wow do i ever feel better than i usually do and my mom does too. we are working so hard on helping america lose a million pounds this year. we want to lose at least 50 lbs each if not more. but or goal right now is 50 when we reach that we will then set another goal. cause me and her both know if we set a goal that is why to inpossible to reach we wont even try so we set one and work out every night together. i have also felt alot better and so has my mom. we are so proud of eachother. i hope everyone out there is able to reach there goals dont give up you guys at all. i hope the best for anyone and so does my mom. take care everyone and thanks again bob and jillian. February 02 long time since we have be on the nethello everyone one it has been such a long time since we have been on we havent had the net at home and no other way of getting to the net soooooooo sorry about that. but just cause we couldnt get to the net we DIDN'T give up at all. no way are the extra pounds of ours staying on. we want to be one of the couples that help america lose weight. me and my mom have been working hard we have been excersing at least twice a day. we really watch our calorie in take and we are feeling so much better. we still could due to lose about 50 lbs each. we are trying so hard to lose it. my mom has lost 14 pounds and i have lost 9 pounds. i hope we get to meet bob and jillian in person in march sometime. i wouldnt mind jillian being my trainer she is awesome so are you bob but jillian just rocks. well thats it for about now catch up with u guys tomarrow. January 17 forgot something in the last blog todaywe are doing greathello there everyone who is reading this. i hope everyone that is working on loseing those pounds for the biggest loser challange are doing great at it. me and my mom are doing great and working hard we have lost 20 pounds together in two weeks . the way we have done it is just by watching ing calorie intake and not going back for seconds at all. and the six small meals a day is a great thing to do also. that way you never want to snack when you shouldnt. also i think having a team memeber to work out with you is a great way to get movtivated. cause you arent only working with yourself which gets boring most of the time but your team mate can pull you through the boring parts by talking you through it. you also think of why you are really wanting to lose the weight. as for me it is because i am a 21 year old mom who cant play for more than 20 mins without getting tired. as for my mom its cause she has three older kids and one grandson and she would just love to watch the my lil one grow and watch us grow up more and more. she is also tired of hurting all the time due to the extra weight that our bodies arent use to. thanks so much again jillian and bob you guys are sooooooooooo awesome hope to get to meet you guys in person. thanks a million from tina and nichole January 16 another day with workouthello there everyone reading this blog. tina and nichole here again. Me and my mom work out everyday for 30 mins at night after dinner and before we go to bed. my mom works at a nursing home taking care of old folks and i work at a Boys and Girls club. which i use to just set at the front desk and eat whatever i wanted to. intil i decieded that i needed to watch my health before it got worse than it already is due to over weight. i also decided that i needed to lose weight to be around for many more years to come to spend time with my son. my mom has decided to lose weight cause she is in pain all the time due to over weightness. we are hopeing to get to meet the people that inspired us and that is Bob and Jillian. YOU GUYS ROCK OUR SOCKS. Thanks so much for you show and we hope to be able to see you in person sometime in april. thanks again for your guys awesome show. January 14 a week and still going for ithello there agian. just figured i would give another update . me and my mom have been working out for a week together and we have lost a total of 14 lbs. together she has lost 9 lbs. in a week and i have lost 5lbs. we have cut all of the candy out that we use to eat all the time and just really watched our calories and also we have been working out together i honestly beleave that it is soooooooooo much easier to lose weight when you have a partner than when you dont. if you are trying to lose weight and dont have a parenter i think you should really strive on finding one. thanks and have a wonderful day or night whenever you reading this take care and god bless all of you . thanks from tina and nichole just checking inhello there agian. me and my mom are still at it. working out everyday. watching the calorie intake. and eating heathier working on sheading those extra pounds off to add a lot more years to our lives to be able to watch my lil one grow up. i am a 21 year old mom that just gets so winded and tired and soar from just playing with my lil one for 20 mins sometimes it feels like less. now all i tell myself is no pain no gain cause if i dont keep myself in that mind set i wont be able to be around for me lil one and get to watch him grow like i want to. my lil one is mine and my moms pride and joy. if we dont lose these pounds that have been with us for ever we wont get to watch him grow up down here only up in that special place they call heaven. i dont want that and neither does my mom so we are just bond and determined to lose weight with the inspiration of the biggest loser show and wow how awesome if would be to be able to meet those hard pushing trainers wow those lucky people i tell you. well i hope i havent bored you but me and my mom are working hard on sheading those pounds if you have any suggestions we would appeciate it. thanks for reading our blog and i hope you have a great day or night whatever time of the day you are reading this and god bless. from tina and nichole January 12 Just adding something for funhello there our names are tina and nichole we are mom and daughter trying to lose weight together. We had the inspiration of the biggest loser show. We are 21 and 41. We are really watching our calorie intake. we are keeping track of those calories that we intake by writing it down. We also do excersie every night when i get home from work cause she gets home before me everyday. we drink water and ice tea with NO sugar in it. Veggies have became a big thing in our healthy way of eating. |
